Plastic chain

Why plastic chains rather than a regular belt?
They are the ones that add the possibility of making turn and elevation changes in a single conveyor.
It is a durable and economical solution because you can replace modular parts individually.

You have the choice between 9 different options.

Wheel bends

Wheel bends use a free-spinning wheel to reduce friction.
It is a commonly used solution because it allows tighter turns.

Available for the following conveyor widths: 63mm (2.5in), 83mm (3.3in) et 140mm (5.5in).
Possible angles: 30º, 45º, 60º, 90º, 180º

Plain and vertical bends

For your regular turns, several options with wider angles are possible.
You can also avoid obstacles with vertical bends to raise or lower the system.
On conveyors where several of these curves are used, the total of all the angles cannot exceed 180 °.

Available with all available widths.
Horizontal angles: 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°
Vertical angles: 5°, 7°, 15°, 25°, 30°, 45°, 90°

T-slot design

To simplify integration, the conveyor frames feature an integrated T-slot.
They are used to fix the supports, accessories and guides.
