This acquisition allows Electromag to continue its mission to distribute the best technological solutions that enable businesses to compete in a dynamic and diverse market.
Alain Cool and Gerlando Modicamore of Electromag confirmed that Jean Guillemette and Daniel Vallée, founders of the JAD Group, will remain a vital part of the organization.
Blending of these two automation supply companies will form a team of approximately 40 employees at 6 locations including Montreal, Sherbrooke, Drummondville, Quebec City, London (Ontario) and Peoria (Illinois, USA).
